It has been xft's central strategy for many years to be an SAP® value partner by joining all the appropriate partner programs in the interest of our customers.

Certification

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) offers certification programs for partners.

One of the key partner programs is the certification process for ABAP add-on products offered by the ICC. Every product release of the xft add-on suite is certified by the ICC.

This investment ensures highest quality standards and highest system integrity of our software products in the interest of our customers.

Support Infrastructure

SAP introduced a support integration program for SAP software solution partners. For xft as an SAP partner, this means being able to offer our customers the advantages of centralized product support.

Instead of establishing multiple support procedures for one SAP application our customers are now able to address all SAP related issues from one application, namely the SAP Service Market Place. Our investment in this integration offers a substantial value which is now passed on directly to our customers.

xft is one of the few SAP add-on software vendors with its support infrastructure being fully integrated into the SAP Service Market Place support portal, therefore our customers have the capability to open tickets for xft related issues via the SAP Service Marketplace in the same way as for SAP related issues which greatly simplifies the process for them.
